Origó Műhely aca Origo Workshop was established in 2021 by freelancer trainers coming from various areas - social work, youth work, business - and rich expertize done in the field of community and personal development. The ars poetica of the workshop is to support individuals and teams in finding joy and centerdness even in times of turmoils.
The need of the establishment came from the covid pandemic and its impacts on helping professionals - youth workers, social workers, psychologists and on their target groups: young people with fewer opportunities. The prolonged emergency situation caused an increased level of exhaustion, anxiety and in loss of professional and personal motivation.
The founders of OM aimed to create projects which support helping professionals and their young target groups to increase their well-being.
Our thematic approach is to provide a space for resilience professionals at European level, delivering a transfer of knowledge and collaboration through training and research.

Flow with your Elements project aims to work with the Five Elements system and to bring its tools into your everyday life. It focuses on the maintenance and enhancement of your wellbeing and resilience along with the increased awareness of your best potentials. The traditional Five Elements are Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water, which will be experienced through practice of Chi Kung - often used as a basis in martial arts - and practical coaching techniques to apply it in your youth work.

Three Treasures II explores how Chi Kung and the Bang Stick can help youth workers build presence, emotional balance, and resilience—for themselves and in their work with young people—through ancient wisdom and embodied practice.
The Three Treasures initiative brings together ancient wisdom and modern practices to support youth workers in their journey toward balance, resilience, and renewal. Rooted in the philosophy of nurturing body, mind, and soul, the program draws on the oriental wisdom of the Five Elements and Chikung exercises.
The Your Natural Element training course explores Chikung practices rooted in the Five Elements, guiding participants to connect deeply with each element on the levels of body, mind, and soul.
